Supportive Services for Permanent Supportive Housingin the West Mountain Region\n\t<\/h1>\n\t

La Alianza Regional de Vivienda de West Mountain (WMRHA) se complace en anunciar la publicaci\u00f3n de una nueva Solicitud de Propuestas (RFP) para servicios de apoyo relacionados con el primer programa de Vivienda de Apoyo Permanente (PSH) en sitios dispersos de la regi\u00f3n. Este programa es posible gracias a una asignaci\u00f3n de $750,000 del Fondo para Proyectos Comunitarios Designado por el Congreso del HUD.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Esta iniciativa busca proporcionar viviendas de alquiler muy asequibles, junto con servicios voluntarios, flexibles y adaptados al trauma, para personas con indigencia cr\u00f3nica y necesidades complejas de salud f\u00edsica y conductual que se superponen. A trav\u00e9s de esta convocatoria de propuestas, WMRHA busca un proveedor de servicios cualificado para ofrecer gesti\u00f3n de casos centrada en la vivienda, supervisi\u00f3n cl\u00ednica, derivaciones coordinadas, participaci\u00f3n de propietarios, gesti\u00f3n de beneficios y apoyo continuo a los participantes, basado en un enfoque de reducci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os basado en la Vivienda Primero.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La convocatoria de propuestas incluye $200,000 en fondos para apoyar la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios. El resto de los fondos de la subvenci\u00f3n se utilizar\u00e1 para financiar viviendas de alquiler. Los gastos de viaje para la gesti\u00f3n de casos y la interacci\u00f3n con los clientes son reembolsables, y el programa tiene flexibilidad para ajustar la dotaci\u00f3n de personal y los modelos de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios con el tiempo, seg\u00fan las necesidades de los participantes y el crecimiento del programa.<\/p>\n
