Built for Zero Coordinator (BFZ) Position (Serves Garfield, Pitkin, and Western Eagle Counties)

The BFZ Coordinator position reports to the WMRHA Executive Director and serves the BFZ Leadership Team to implement the strategies outlined below to end veteran and chronic homelessness. BFZ Leadership Team Partners: WMRHA, Pitkin County Human Services, Catholic Charities, City of Glenwood Springs, Aspen Homeless Shelter, Garfield County Human Services, Mind Springs Health, Recovery Continuum Services, Eagle County Housing Authority.

Work Location: Remote Virtual work with in-person team meetings when needed.
