Tambi\u00e9n se ofrecen oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y pr\u00e1cticas remuneradas de 5 semanas en la industria de actividades al aire libre. Oportunidades de voluntariado como mentor y pasant\u00edas remuneradas. Fin de semana de aprendizaje de esqu\u00ed o snowboard disponible para los padres de los participantes. \u201cDesde 1993, hemos utilizado la mentor\u00eda y un programa de estudios probado a lo largo de varios a\u00f1os para fomentar un sentido de pertenencia en ni\u00f1os y adolescentes\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Costo:<\/strong> \u201cNos comprometemos a eliminar cualquier barrera financiera que impida a los j\u00f3venes acceder a nuestros programas, ofreci\u00e9ndolos de forma gratuita o a bajo costo.
