On Wednesday, Garfield County Public Health participated in COPE – Cost of Poverty Experience. This is a simulation that explores the lived experiences of poverty firsthand through the eyes of real families. The experiential nature of this training helps organizations and communities more deeply understand the human and systemic impacts of poverty. WMRHA had the honor of hosting this simulation for the second time this year! Thank you to everyone who participated.
