WMRHA acts as an advocate and convener for developing resources for groups in the Tri-county area that support the strategic initiatives of the Alliance. These resources include shared resource platforms, information brochures and guides, and reporting on health issues that need more concerted effort to address.

Regional Health Connector (RHC)
A Regional Health Connector is an WMRHA staff person who involves diverse partners in building the health system.
Community Resource Network
Community Resource Network (CRN) is a social information exchange (SIE) designed to help bridge the gap, increase efficiency, and improve outcomes when it comes to social determinants of health.
The 2•1•1 Service
2•1•1 is a confidential and multilingual service connecting people to vital resources across the state. No matter where you live in Colorado, you can find information about resources in your local community.

The guide was created as part of the Latino/a/x Engagement Coalition and can help you and your neighbors connect to health resources within the Roaring Fork Valley.
