Raising A Reader

Services: Book Programs for Preschool & Kindergarten-aged Children and Families-Red Book Bags and 123 Let’s Read in all 4 school districts and other schools from Aspen to Parachute. Bolsitas Rojas/Red Book Bag Clubs-Spanish-language, early childhood, weekly programs for parents/caregivers with children ages 0-5. The programs are in all public libraries, from Aspen to Parachute, Spring Valley Library, and the El Jebel Firehouse. Check website for times and dates. Summer Camps-Spanish-language, early childhood, summer camp programs for parents/caregivers with children ages 0-5. The programs take place in Parachute, Rifle, Glenwood Springs, and El Jebel. Check website for times and dates.

Eligibility: Preschool & Kindergarten Children and their Families. All schools are invited to participate in the book programs.
