Costo: Free to Medicaid patients who have no other means of transportation. Must schedule 24 hours in advance, and on Friday for weekend or Monday trips.
Elegibilidad: Medicaid enrolled patients traveling to a Medicaid Colorado Provider. Restrictions apply if: Other free transportation options are viable, the traveler is a qualified Medicaid beneficiary, special low income Medicare beneficiary, Medicare Qualifying Individual, has an Old Age Pension – state only, or has Emergency Medicaid and Reproductive Health Plan Coverage.
