The West Mountain Regional Health Alliance (WMRHA) is pleased to announce the release of a new Request for Proposals (RFP) for supportive services tied to the region’s first scattered-site Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. This program is made possible through a $750,000 allocation from HUD’s Congressionally Designated Community Project Funding.
This initiative aims to provide deeply affordable rental housing paired with voluntary, flexible, trauma-informed services for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and complex, overlapping physical and behavioral health needs. Through this RFP, WMRHA is seeking a qualified service provider to deliver housing-focused case management, clinical supervision, coordinated referrals, landlord engagement, benefits navigation, and ongoing participant support grounded in a Housing First, harm-reduction approach.
The RFP includes $200,000 in funding to support service delivery. The remaining grant funds will be used to support rental housing. Travel costs for case management and client engagement are reimbursable, and the program has flexibility to adjust staffing and service delivery models over time based on participant needs and program growth.
Questions may be submitted until July 11, 2025.
Responses to the RFP are due by July 23, 2025.
