Eligibility: Children enrolled in an elementary/middle school in New Castle or Silt. For service families should sign up with the school counselors at their children’s schools, the front desk can help if needed.

Aspen Hope Center

Services: Therapy

Cost: Sliding scale, and can apply for a therapy scholarship.

YouthZone

Services: Comprehensive family assessment, juvenile court advocacy, restorative justice programming, substance use education, mental health services, parent support programming.

Cost: $200 for a three- to six-month program, with a sliding scale based on income.

Eligibility: Adjudicated youth and their families, as well as non-adjudicated youth who are exhibiting risky, disruptive, or criminal behavior.

Vail Behavioral Health – Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Services: The use of medications, in combination with counseling and other therapeutic techniques, are used to provide a “whole-patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. Providers can see patients in-person at the Wiegers Mental Health Clinic or remotely via telehealth.

Cost: Accepts Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial Insurance. Vail Health Behavioral Health offers financial assistance through partnering with a variety of organization to assist individuals with financial strain. Services: Financial assistance for youth and uninsured individuals in Eagle County to help pay for mental health services for up to six sessions per person per year. This means in-person or virtual counseling with a therapist is available at no cost to those struggling in our community.
