Eligibility: Clients must be motivated to get help for their issue and they have to have lived in our region for 6 months or longer. Serves the Pitkin, Eagle, Garfield & Summit counties.
Services: Prime For Life is a substance intervention program that is used internationally. It uses tenets of motivational interviewing, connecting clients to their values, low-risk and high-risk behavior around substances, biological vs psychological factors. All this is enveloped in the program showing how their values are at risk around high-risk behavior with substances. From there, if the client decides to make a change, facilitators assist in creating a plan of action for change and support! These three or four group sessions will be held in the evenings, and will be 2 hours each, led by a trained facilitator. Spanish services.

Services: A wide range of services including open All-Recovery meetings, an art-based program (Creating in Recovery), mindfulness groups, fitness-based recovery support, young adult recovery groups, a parent and family support program, volunteer/community service opportunities, and one-on-one peer coaching. Our mission is to help people both enter recovery and stay in recovery by providing connection, structure, advocacy, and community in a safe and inclusive environment.
Cost: All our services are free and available to individuals, family members, and allies of recovery — no insurance, diagnosis, or referral required.

Services: Bicycle Health provides virtual Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD/MAT) treatment, including medical provider visits, behavioral health support, and access to 100+ peer recovery and support groups nationwide.
Cost: We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and also offer a self-pay option of $249/month. Call your insurance for coverage and deductible (cost) before appointment.
Eligibility: Available to individuals 18 years of age and older seeking evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder. Serves Pitkin, Eagle & Garfield counties.
Services: Outpatient substance use and co-occurring mental health support via clinical counseling and peer recovery coaching. Individual sessions, recovery groups, care coordination, relapse-prevention planning, resources & referrals (housing, employment, medical/behavioral health), family/support-system education, and overdose prevention education with linkage to naloxone.

Services: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient Program (OP); group and individual therapy, case management, UA screens, CRAFT Programming for family/friend, lasts 3-6 months.
Cost: We accept all Medicaid, almost all commercial insurance and provide partial scholarships to those unable to meet their deductibles or co-insurance. Call your insurance for coverage and deductible (cost) before appointment then call clinic to see what you qualify for.
Eligibility: Clients must have stable housing, wifi, access to a laptop, phone or tablet, insurance, and cannot be actively psychotic. Depending on the substances a client is struggling with, they may require a higher level of care to start (I.e. residential or detox). Serves Pitkin, Eagle & Garfield counties.
Services: Virtual and in-person counseling to help pregnant participants quit smoking, vaping, or using cannabis. Participants are eligible for 4 counseling sessions during their pregnancy and 6 after their baby is born. All client information is privileged and protected under HIPAA, and will not be shared with anyone outside of the program.
Cost: Free, and participants can earn incentives for attending visits. Participants are eligible for $25 at each visit during their pregnancy and $50 at each visit after their baby is born for a potential total of $400 in gift cards!
Eligibility: Must be 36 weeks gestation or less, and must have either: smoked tobacco, used nicotine, or used cannabis at any time during their pregnancy OR smoked tobacco, used nicotine, or used cannabis in the 3 months before getting pregnant. Serves Pitkin, Eagle & Garfield counties.
