MotherToBaby Program

Services: MotherToBaby is a free, confidential service that provides evidence-based information on the safety of medications and exposures during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Services include; Personalized risk assessments for medications, vaccines, diseases, chemicals, and other exposures, Support for concerns about alcohol, tobacco, and substance use, Fact sheets on common exposures during pregnancy and lactation, Assistance for individuals, families, and healthcare providers. Spanish services.

Cost: All services are completely free. No insurance, payment, or referral is required.

Eligibility: Anyone who is pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or supporting someone in these stages (including healthcare providers) can access the services. Call, text, email, or chat with a MotherToBaby expert directly (no paperwork or registration needed). Serves Pitkin, Eagle & Garfield counties.

Hours: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm local time zone of the person contacting). Voicemails and messages left after hours are returned during business hours.
