Cost: We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and also offer a self-pay option of $249/month. Call your insurance for coverage and deductible (cost) before appointment.
Eligibility: Available to individuals 18 years of age and older seeking evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder.
Hours: Telehealth services are available 7days a week with a 24hrs or less outreach from enrollment.
