Services: The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline offers free, confidential, 24/7 support for pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Services include; Emotional support, Information and resources for maternal mental health conditions (e.g., postpartum depression, anxiety), Referrals to local and national mental health providers, Support for partners and family members, Connection to additional resources such as parenting support, financial assistance, and community-based mental health services.
