Lump Sum Report – If a current Medicaid or VA applicant sold a home or received a lump sum of cash and is worried about losing their long-term care benefits, we outline strategies to preserve the cash and retain benefits. Free Learning Events – Complimentary learning events about Medicaid and VA Aid & Attendance benefits for senior care providers and industry partners.
Cost: Free 1-hour consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss our flat fee or provide instructions on how you can qualify for Long-Term Care Medicaid or VA Aid & Attendance, if you want to apply on your own.
Eligibility: Must be over the age of 65 or a disabled adult. An applicant must earn less than $9,000 in monthly income; spouse income is not included. Require assistance with at least 2 activities of daily living – bathing, dressing, eating, or using the toilet.
