Services: Outpatient substance use and co-occurring mental health support via clinical counseling and peer recovery coaching. Individual sessions, recovery groups, care coordination, relapse-prevention planning, resources & referrals (housing, employment, medical/behavioral health), family/support-system education, and overdose prevention education with linkage to naloxone.

Soulful Recovery

Services: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient Program (OP); group and individual therapy, case management, UA screens, CRAFT Programming for family/friend, lasts 3-6 months.

Cost: We accept all Medicaid, almost all commercial insurance and provide partial scholarships to those unable to meet their deductibles or co-insurance. Call your insurance for coverage and deductible (cost) before appointment then call clinic to see what you qualify for.

Eligibility: Clients must have stable housing, wifi, access to a laptop, phone or tablet, insurance, and cannot be actively psychotic. Depending on the substances a client is struggling with, they may require a higher level of care to start (I.e. residential or detox). Serves Pitkin, Eagle & Garfield counties.

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Medical Providers

Services: This HRSA-managed tool connects individuals with Ryan White-funded medical providers offering Core medical services; Primary HIV/AIDS medical care, Dental care, Early intervention services, Medical case management & treatment adherence, Mental health care, and Support services; Transportation to appointments, legal assistance, Insurance enrollment & premium support, Psychosocial support and outreach. Cost: Services are low-cost or free for eligible individuals. Care and medications are provided on a sliding-fee basis, with coverage for uninsured or underinsured low-income people.

National Maternal Mental Health Hotline

Services: The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline offers free, confidential, 24/7 support for pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Services include; Emotional support, Information and resources for maternal mental health conditions (e.g., postpartum depression, anxiety), Referrals to local and national mental health providers, Support for partners and family members, Connection to additional resources such as parenting support, financial assistance, and community-based mental health services. Spanish services

Cost: The hotline is completely free of charge. No insurance is needed to access services.

Eligibility: The hotline is open to anyone who is pregnant, postpartum, or a family member seeking support for maternal mental health concerns. No documentation or application is required. Simply call or text to speak with a trained counselor. Serves Pitkin, Eagle & Garfield counties.

Wings

Services: Customized Therapist & Agency Referrals: Wings helps adult survivors connect with an individual therapist skilled in trauma recovery by providing customized referrals to therapists and other services. Support Groups: Wings offers free of cost therapist-facilitated peer Support Groups as a beneficial complement to individual therapy. These are for survivors and loved ones. Spanish services.

Cost: Free

Eligibility: Therapist and Agency Referrals: the person is 18 years or older; They are either an adult survivor of childhood sexual abuse or a loved one of an adult survivor; Support Groups: Live in Colorado and commit to regular attendance; Have completed some prior trauma work and have access to an individual therapist; Be able to manage trauma symptoms, self-soothe, and regulate emotions; Live in a safe, stable environment where basic needs are met. Services: Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment and Support services, in-person and virtually. Spanish services.

Cost: We offer our services to uninsured clients, accept Medicaid and most commercial insurances, and have a sliding scale as well. Call your insurance before service for coverage and deductible (cost).

The Meeting Place

Services: Provides a space for over 30 12-step meetings for substance abuse, disordered eating, and behavioral addictions. We also have free yoga classes weekly for people in recovery from addiction, meetings with free childcare, meditation groups, and other recovery events. Spanish services.

Services: Providing victims of sexual assault and domestic violence trauma informed, compassionate, culturally sensitive, and comprehensive medical forensic evaluation and treatment by trained, professional sexual assault nurse examiners (SANEs). The SANE can also discuss with you your options for making a report to law enforcement. Spanish services.
