Services: Provide affordable rental and ownership housing opportunities to qualified workers in Aspen and Pitkin County. Spanish services.

Eligibility: Pitkin County full-time workers who comply with income and asset caps.
Catholic Charities
Services: Emergency Financial Assistance. Circumstance outside of the patient’s control impacting housing, which has a solution and is sustainable. Examples: unforeseen loss of job, surgery, and natural disasters like a fire. Spanish services.
Cost: Free
Eligibility: Residents of Eagle, Pitkin & Garfield counties. Appointments preferred but can accommodate walk-ins at the Glenwood location. Appointments only at the Eagle and Avon offices.
Garfield County Housing Authority
Services: Assists individuals, families, seniors and persons with disabilities and works to locate and rent or purchase adequate housing. Spanish services.
Cost: Free
Eligibility: Residents of the Roaring Fork Valley to Parachute for whom conventional housing is unaffordable. Serves Garfield County.

Services: Providing compassionate support, resources and innovative housing solutions for our unsheltered community members. Programs; Street Outreach, Homeless Prevention, Day Center – case management, shower vouchers, lockers, mail, toiletries, clothing, supplies, bus passes, and rental assistance. Spanish services.

Eligibility: Open to residents of Eagle County experiencing homelessness. Serves Eagle County.
Recovery Resources
Services: Emergency night shelter during the winter (8:30PM-6:45AM) from November to April. Case management, showers, laundry, computer access, mail pick up, clothing vouchers, bus passes, recovery support and more. Spanish services.
Cost: Free
Eligibility: Anyone experiencing homelessness. Serves Pitkin County.
Salvation Army
Services: Emergency lodging. Sanish services.
Eligibility: Complete intake form and provide photo ID, call for further information. Anyone 18 or older. No appointments necessary. Serves Garfield and Eagle counties.

The River Center of New Castle
Services: One time emergency financial assistance with rent, mortgage, utilities and other basic emergency needs.
Cost: Free
Eligibility: For residents of New Castle and Silt only. Walk-ins welcome but scheduling an appointment is helpful and appreciated.
Salvation Army
Services: Rent, utilities, and prescription assistance. Spanish services.
